Commission Sales Representative – ReelResume Remote | BC-Based | Commission Only About ReelResume ReelResume is a video-first hiring platform changing the way employers find talent. Instead of sifting through hundreds of resumes, employers browse a TikTok-style feed of 60-second candidate videos — making hiring faster, more human, and more effective. We’re launching in British Columbia and building the sales team that will grow with us into the US market in 2027. The Role You’ll be reaching out to hiring managers, HR teams, and business owners across BC, introducing them to ReelResume and converting them into paying subscribers. This is a ground-floor opportunity — you’d be one of our first sales hires, with a direct path to a senior or lead role as we expand. High autonomy, fully remote, and you get paid when you close. What You’ll Do • Prospect and outreach to BC-based employers via LinkedIn, email, and phone • Run short product demos (the platform sells itself — your job is getting eyes on it) • Close employers onto a monthly subscription • Track your pipeline and report weekly on activity and results Compensation 30–40% commission on all revenue your client pays in their first 12 months. One Enterprise client alone is worth up to $4,795 to you. Growth Path This is a ground-floor role with real upside. Top performers will have first right of refusal on US territory when we expand in 2027 — meaning the relationships and skills you build now translate directly into a much larger market.
